He is survived by: his siblings, Suzanne Hagan (Arthur), Steven Panczak and Sandy Johnson; his daughter Sarah; his nieces and nephews, Justin Panczak, David Hagan, Nicole Panczak, Vanessa Spivey, Mary Johnson (Justin Krance) and Robin Knoll (Andrew); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Ivy Panczak, Nova Panczak, Stylz Panczak, Taylor Panczak (Brittany O'Brien), Elliott Spivey, Charlotte Spivey and Beatrix Krance; and his nephew Rozlynn Panczak.
