She was predeceased by: her parents, Francis Ely and Frances Ely (Karsten); her husband Fredrick C. Neumann; her stepmother Della Ely; and her siblings, Barbara Lipke, Douglas Ely and George Benoit.
She is survived by: her children, Brad Neumann and Carrie Neumann (Jennings Brosnan); her granddaughter Caitlon Jones (Jared); her great grandchildren, Lauren, Abagail, Natalie and Carter Jones; and her brother Ross Ely. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
