He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Gulliver and Wilma Gulliver; his wife Cheryl "Chris" Gulliver; and his brother Donald Gulliver. He is survived by: his children, Daniel Gulliver, David Gulliver and Victoria Gulliver Grote; his grandchildren, Erika, Amelia, Gwen and Erich; his great grandchildren, Rachel, Raven and Rubie; his adoptive son Doug Briney; and his sister Patricia.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in Rocky's name may be made to the Lions Club of Sister Lakes.
