It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Robert Meachum of Dowagiac, Michigan, born in Saginaw, Michigan, who passed away on July 1, 2024, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Jake Meachum and Frieda Meachum (Gilmore). He is survived by : his sister Patricia Howell of East Lansing; his son Jake Lewis (Drenda) of Sister Lakes; his grandchildren, John Edgar (IL) of Oak Park, Abigail Rose and Ian Robert; and also Patsy.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, July 20th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Dowagiac First United Methodist Church (326 N Lowe St, Dowagiac, MI 49047). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, July 20th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the First United Methodist Church (326 N Lowe St, Dowagiac, MI 49047).

In lieu of flowers and gifts, Bob asked that donations be made to the First United Methodist Church in Dowagiac in his and Patsy's name.
