He was predeceased by: his parents, Evans Costner and Addie Lee Costner (Craig); and his brothers, Stevie and Danny Costner. He is survived by: his children, Scottie Costner and Angela Costner; his partner Sandy Taylor; his grandchildren, Shawanda Lovell, Blaze Lovell, Jerimiah Speck, Haley Jockum and Lillian Jockum; and his siblings, Johnny, Franklin, Evans, Janie, Junie, Rebecca, Patsy and Victoria. He is also survived by many other family members and friends.
