She was predeceased by: her parents, Benny Whitmore and Pearla Whitmore (Cooper); her husband Robert Clark; her daughter Linda Wade; and her brothers, Robert Whitmore and Donald Whitmore.
She is survived by: her children, Larry Clark (Tammy) of Dowagiac and Judy Hamsher (Richard) of South Bend; and her grandchildren, Scott Wade (Kerri), Tracy Shaw, Nathan Garrelts (Beth), Angela Cordova (Andrew), Kristy Abshagan (Andy), Melissa Kerns (Matt) and Elizabeth Grahams (Corey). She is also survived by 13 great-grandchildren; and six great-great-grandchildren.
Memorial contributions in Phyllis' name may be made to the Cass County Cancer Service.
