Nancy McKay Obituary

With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Nancy McKay of Dowagiac, Michigan, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on November 13, 2024 at the age of 88. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

As Nancy departs from this earthly realm, her essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Nancy may no longer walk beside us, her spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Nancy leaves behind.

Visitation was held on Monday, November 18th 2024 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Mary Catholic Church - Dowagiac (210 N Front St, Dowagiac, MI 49047). A funeral service was held on Monday, November 18th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the same location.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Nancy McKay's honor to the Dowagiac Public Library, 211 Commercial St. Dowagiac, MI 49047; the Holy Maternity of Mary Church in Dowagiac; or to an organization of your choice.
