He was predeceased by: his parents, Erwin Laylin and Janis Laylin (Boyce); his wife Shirley Laylin; and his brother Wayne Laylin. He is survived by: his daughter Rona Darr (Richard); his grandchildren, Brandie Maxwell (Jason) and Matthew Darr (Melissa); his great grandchildren, Kaylee, Sara, Maxwell and Willow; and his siblings, Beverly VanDenBorre of Tuscon, AZ and Gale Laylin (Linda) of Dowagiac. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
