He was predeceased by: his parents, Jasper Clouse and Florence Clouse (Hensley); and his brother Andy Lee Clouse. He is survived by: his children, Jasper Dale Clouse, Krystal Clouse, Tiffany Clouse and Kimberly Clouse; and his siblings, Jewell Leffel, Floyd Clouse, Chester Clouse, Lloyd Clouse, JoAnn Haas, Roy Clouse and Donald Ray Clouse. He is also survived by ten grandchildren.
