He was predeceased by: his parent Ashley Clark (Ullrey); and his grandparents, Lester, Barbara Clark, Frank and Alyce Davies.
He is survived by: his father John Clark; his son Justin Clark; his siblings, Jennifer Bowe (Robert), Stacy Marshall (Joseph), Ernie Aaron (Erica) and Nikki Wyatt; and his aunts and uncles, Randy Clark, Harold, Jim Ullrey, Rebecca Redman and Cindy Waddell.
