He was predeceased by: his parents, William Bloomer and Margaret Bloomer (Greenburg). He is survived by: his children, Vic Bloomer of Dowagiac, MI, Rod Bloomer of Niles, MI, Lynn Anthony Bunner of Elizabeth, WV and Sally Bloomer Nichols of Charlotte, NC; and his sisters, June Wigal of New England, WV and Betty Cavanaugh of Lebanon, MO.. He is also survived by six grandchildren, three great-grandchildren.
