She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Stephenson and Thelma Stephenson (Rouse); her husband Raymond Phillips; her stepmother Mary Alice Stephenson; her daughter Teresa Rush; and her siblings, Herb Stephenson and Carthel Stephenson.

She is survived by: her children, Raymond D. Phillips (Katherine), Donald Phillips (Brenda) and Terry Phillips; her son-in-law Bruce Rush; her grandchildren, Kevin, David, Steven, Angela, Terry, Raymond, Chad and Chelsea; and her siblings, Joyce Ostrom, Carol Hufford, Barbara Roberts, Beverly Bell, Marlene Hernandez, Kathy Christman and Jim Stephenson. She is also survived by 9 great-grandchildren.

Memorial contributions in Helen's name may be made to the family in care of Donald Phillips.
