He was predeceased by: his siblings, Frieda, Leona "Mozelle", William "Coy", Barbara and Trudy; and his parents, Ira Duncan and Mary Duncan.

He is survived by: his wife Penny Duncan; and his children, Sherry Prieb, David Duncan (Amanda) and Denise Staron (Keith). He is also survived by five grandchildren.
