He was predeceased by: his father Dennis Kettlehut; and his brother Byron Etzel. He is survived by: his mother Priscilla Etzel (Reck); his daughter Danielle Etzel; his sisters, Brenda Black, Heather Ace (Ray) and Lara Stiles (Tom); and his nephews, Ben Black, Zack Black, Lucas Black, Matthew Black and Nathan Black.
