He was predeceased by: his parents, Dana Warren and Eva Marie Gard (Hull); and his siblings, Donna Schott, Kenneth "Kink" Gard, Nancy Fester and Jack Gard.
He is survived by: his children, Julie Willis, Ed Gard (Rosemarie Keene) and Vickie Wood (Jack); his grandchildren, Abbie Feirick (Tim), Shelby Willis (Tyler Renbarger), Amy McDaniels (Jenny) and Katie Cross (Josh); his great grandchildren, Justin, Tyler Feirick, Jayden, Jace McDaniels, Jackson, Jesse Cross and Rollins Renbarger; and his sisters, Ruth McDonald and Fran Moroz.
Memorial contributions in Jim's name may be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital or to Boys Town Charity.
