She was predeceased by: her husbands, Bernard Dean Southworth, Donald Lee Moss and Ronald E. "Squeek" Phillips; her grandson Timothy Ryan Moss; and her brothers, Carroll Mead and Herbert Mead.
She is survived by: her children, Dawna Kay Moss of Marced, Rosemary Lurene Procter of Dowagiac, Douglas Dean Southworth of Marced and Terrance Lee Moss of Edwardsburg; her stepson Douglas Phillips of Dowagiac; her grandchildren, Joshua Procter, Melissa Moss, Lisa Moss, Jonathon Southworth, Stacy Southworth, Heather Southworth and Tara Hoadley; her great grandchildren, Kayden, Joshua, Abigail, Christopher, Chloe, Moryanna, Rosemarie, Amber, Samantha, Ian, Devin, Kayley, Ariana, Emmerick, Erin, Brianna, Anastasia, Kevin Jr., Unique and Dominique; and her siblings, Marcella Peterson (Harold) of Dowagiac and Dalton Mead (Judy) of Dowagiac. She is also survived by three great great grandchildren.
