He was predeceased by: his father Steven Wells. He is survived by: his wife Morgan Wells; his children, Danielle Wells, Gage Wells and Ava Wells; his mother Tammy Blankenship (Faulkner) of Michigan City, Indiana; his siblings, Justin Wells (Amiee) of Baroda, Brittany Jessurun (David) of Winchester, Virginia, Heather Wells of Columbia, Katie Hamilton of Battle Creek and Sarah Jones of Houston; his stepsiblings, Jason and Misty Blankenship; and also, Marshall Whitaker of Niles, Tami Whitaker of Niles, Chase Whitaker and Shelby Whitaker. He is also survived by many aunts and uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
