She was predeceased by: her parents, Calvin Leslie and Donna Leslie (Brenner). She is survived by: her daughter Stacie Lynn Vasquez (Stainbrook); and her siblings, Rhonda Tuleja (Brian) and Tim Leslie. She is also survived by many nephews, nieces, and grandnieces.
