Orville Edward Erickson Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Orville Edward Erickson of Douglas, Michigan, born in Fargo, North Dakota, who passed away on November 10, 2023 at the age of 75. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Elder Erickson and Alice Erickson; his parents-in-law, Joseph and Barbara Bielik; his brother-in-law Rudy Blake; and his great-niece Avery Betts.
He is survived by: his children, Shawn Erickson of Holt, Nic Erickson (Alejandra) of Nashville and Ashley Erickson of Holland; his grandson Alec Erickson; his wife Lynne Bielik; his child Ale; his siblings, James Erickson (Judy) of Fargo, Janice Blake of Spokane, Washington, Joseph (Deb Bielik) and Charlie (Kathy Bielik); his close friends, Dennis and Jan Martinich; and his caregivers, Brandy, Chelsea and Orv. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Donations may be made in Orv's honor to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, The Grand Ledge Food Bank, Cure PSP, or Immanuel Lutheran Church, Grand Ledge.
