He was predeceased by: his son Randy Czerkies; his daughter-in-law Kim Skinner Czerkies; his brother Ken; and his siblings-in-law, Mary Geurink, Jay Keuning, Roger Nykamp and John Nykamp.
He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Czerkies (Nykamp); his children, Doug Czerkies of Holland, Joe Czerkies of Holland, Bob Czerkies (Brenda) of Holland and Dori Palmisano (Dave) of Holland; his daughter-in-law Pam Weener of Holland; his grandchildren, Jeremey Czerkies, April Lappinga (Kelly), Nahcole Faust (Tim), Jami O'Conner (Jason), Jessica Schutter (Mike), Jacob Czerkies (Cassie), Jenny Tourison (Ashton), Elizabeth Baarman, Taylor Baarman, Jamie Elhart (Ethan) and Tyler Carley; and his siblings, Cheryl Keuning of Holland, Roger Czerkies (Alice) of Holland and Corky Morrow (Art) of Ohio. He is also survived by 15 Great Grandchildren.
