He was predeceased by: his parents, David A. Ins and Rose Anna Von Ins; and his siblings, Louise Love and Dale Von Ins. He is survived by: his significant other Jan; his children, Nicholas, Nancy (John Tolley) and David III; his grandchildren, Maggie and Leroy Tolley; and his siblings, Doris Bell and James Von Ins.
