He was predeceased by: his siblings, Richard Durham (Dicky), Joel Durham and Julie Cleveland. He is survived by: his daughter Melanie Durham; his niece Tara Durham; his siblings, Karen Lorhberg (Robert) and Larry Durham (Bette); and his sister-in-law Tammy Durham. He is also survived by many other nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts, uncles, and friends.
