She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Skinner and Tressa Skinner (Lameraux); and her siblings, Russell Skinner, Ruth White, Joseph Skinner Jr., Corolyn Vernon, Norman Skinner, Dale Skinner and Ellen Cosgrove.
She is survived by: her sister Patricia Engel (Robert) of Douglas. She is also survived by Many nieces, nephews and great nieces and great nephews.
