He is survived by: his children, Melissa King (Rich), Bill Kipen Jr., Michelle Harnish (Eric) and Kristina Scofield (Scott); his grandchildren, Jonathan "Bubba" Kipen, Tara King, Jason Kipen, April Kipen, Richard King (Laci), Marissa Jacobs (Brian), Mikayl Kipen (Kimberly), Hailey Kipen, Kendra Beals (Ryan), ShyAnn Modrak, Erica Bryan, Sarah DeMond, Chad Kipen, Brittany Kipen and James Kipen; his sisters, Louise Kiel, Linda Andres, Susan Welton (Craig) and Bettie Schaeffer (Cal); and his in-laws, Louise Kipen, Butch Simons and Larry Goodman. He is also survived by 27 great-grandchildren, many nephews, nieces, and cousins.
