He was predeceased by: his parents, Rachel Thorn and Harry Ong; his son John Ong; and his siblings, Carol Latham, Harry Ong and James.
He is survived by: his children, Linda Ong (Denise), Melissa Graff (Brandon) and Dan Smith (Amanda); his grandchildren, Madison, MaKenna, Joey, Ava and Emma; his mother-in-law Carla Miller; his siblings, Leslie Domby, Natasha Richmond (Thomas), Greg Ong, Stephan Ong, Eric Ong, Robert Austin (Holly) and Phillip Thommen (Ruth); his aunts, Linda McCrory and Margie Tillotson; and his siblings-in-law, Rose Bussis, Deb Stacy, Randy Miller (Belinda), Mike Miller (Ellen), Troy Miller (Shelley) and Todd Miller (Sue). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, extended relatives, and friends.
