He was predeceased by: his mother Sally Kipen. He is survived by: his wife Kelli Kipen; his children, Arielle Worden (Jake), Lexus Russell, Taylor Russell and John Russell; his granddaughter Montana Norris; his father William Kipen; and his siblings, Melissa King (Rich), William Kipen Jr., Michelle Harnish (Eric) and Kristina Schofield (Scott). He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, cousins, and friends.
In honor of James and in lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the family to assist with funeral expenses.
