He was predeceased by: his son Jim. He is survived by: his wife Donna; his children, Lori J. Grzywacz and J. Scott Bleyerveld; his grandchildren, David Curtis (Ciera), Gregory Curtis (Deanna), Lindsey Smith, Michael Smith and Joli Grzywacz; his children, Zachary Bleyerveld (Ashleigh), Guysbert Besselsen (Chelsea), Kory Bleyerveld and Kelsy Mellema (David); and his great grandchildren, Audrey, Lillian, Silas of Harlow, AJ, Eleanor, Raylee, Kaelyn, Mayla and Tatum. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
