He was predeceased by: his father Paul Burchardt. He is survived by: his mother Susan Burchardt; his children, Seth, Colton (Emily) and Alyssa; his siblings, Paul Burchardt (Joan), Derek Burchardt and Carrie Burchardt; and his close friend Kim Burchardt. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, niece, nephews, and friends.
In memory of Dan and in lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Dan's children to assist with final expenses.
