Sowka of Dollar Bay, Michigan, born in Hancock, Michigan, who passed away on March 29, 2023, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel Sowka and Florence Sowka (Neveau); his son Christopher John Sowka; and his former wife Pamela M. Sowka. He is survived by: his children, Scott A. Sowka of St. Johns, Arizona and Dawn Neher (Joe) of Hancock; his grandchildren, Axel, Natasha, Zachariah, Obi Wan, Jordyn and Gabriel; and his brother James R. Sowka of Dollar Bay.
Memorials in lieu of flowers may be directed to Little Brothers~Friends of the Elderly in Hancock or to the Omega House in Houghton.
