He was predeceased by: his parents, Orace Duane and Nellie Chapman (Shepherd); his wife Ruth; and his close friend Nell Laipply. He is survived by: his children, Marcia Chapman, Jack (Chris) and Jeff Chapman (Connie); his grandchildren, Jamie Chapman, Scott Chapman, Vince Manning and Meghan Pereira; and his great grandchildren, Marissa, Alana, Lium, Elyse, Mary and Dylan.
