She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Middlebrook and Marion Middlebrook (Hammond); her husband John Theisen; her daughter-in-law Esther Theisen; and her sister Kaye Swartz (Richard).
She is survived by: her children, John Theisen, Judy Baker (Tim) of Mason, David Theisen (Angie) of Roscommon, Tim Theisen (Carol) of Holland, Patrick Theisen (Shellie) of Nashville and Jeffrey Theisen of Canton; her grandchildren, Graham, Kirtley, Sarah, Joseph (Alicia), Craig (Jennifer), Emily (Walter), Olivia, Corey (Sara), Bryan (Amanda), Ryleigh (Collin), Chelsea, Alex, Sara and Ben; her sister Susan Middlebrook of Mason; her niece Lorrie Miller; and her nephew Richard Swartz.
