Bullard (Dexter, Michigan), born in Montebello, California, who passed away on April 8, 2022, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, William Russell and Mary Pysher (Koenig); her daughter Mary Genevieve; her sister-in-law Russell Pysher (Vera); and her nephew David Pysher, Jr..
She is survived by: her husband Bill; her children, Stephen (Amy), Joanna Mehall (Mark) and Mark (Mary); and her grandchildren, Matthew, Thomas (Susan), Christina, Andrew, Michael, George, Scarlett and Graham.
