With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Steven Eugene Sakowski of Dexter, Michigan, born in Detroit, Michigan, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugene Sakowski and Dolores Sakowski (Potocki); his mother-in-law Sue Ann Sparks; and his nephew Michael Modic. He is survived by: his wife Debra Sakowski (Sparks); his children, Jacob Sakowski (Maria Tortorici) and Rachael Sakowski (Marcus Fleming); his sisters, Mariane Kasza (Thomas Kasza), Susan Modic (William Modic) and Monica Martin (Jonathan Martin); his nephews, Nicholas, Matthew, Scott, Andrew and Chandler; his father-in-law Robert Sparks; and his niece Alicia Brown. He is also survived by three great nieces and nephews.
