He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd Neff and Louise Neff (Henning); his brother Richard "Dick" Neff; and his grandson Colton Neff. He is survived by: his wife Sandy (Sexton); his sons, Scott Neff (Athena Bell) and Shane Neff (Patty Kieser); his grandchildren, Daniel Neff, Cody Neff (Kayla), Iain Neff (Holleigh) and Corbin Neff; and his great grandchildren, Arleigh Neff, Aidan Neff and Rylee Neff.
