He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonard J. Engel and Elizabeth Engel (Houserman); and his wife Bernice Engel (Hall). He is survived by: his sons, Steve Engel (Beth), Michael Engel (Anita) and Kurt Engel (Deborah); his grandchildren, Joshua Engel (Kelly O'Donnell), Lisa McRae (Byron), Stacey Robertson (Cody), Aaron Engel, Austin Engel (Natalie), Benjamin Engel and Justin Engel (Mariah); and his great grandchildren, Evelyn McRae, Abigail McRae, Isabelle McRae, Aurora Robertson and Barrett Robertson.
