He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Arbaugh Walker (Oscar) and Seldon Jeffers (June); his siblings, Glen Jeffers, Loren "Bub" Jeffers and Lorna Sue Runyon; his half-brother Lonnie Jeffers; and his siblings-in-law, Louise Jeffers, Betty Bateson, Pauline Jones, Marion Jones and Bob Bateson.
He is survived by: his wife Yvonne Cavinee Jeffers; his stepdaughters, Sheri Gill and Jona Gill (Randy Hermann); his grandchildren, Ava and Nick Hermann; his nieces, Pam Runyon and Kim Peroni (Stefano); his nephew Duane Jeffers (Alice); his half-brother Val Jeffers; and his sisters-in-law, Joan Bateson and Kay Newman (Tom). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to: the Wounded Warrior Project or the Fairfield County, Ohio Animal Shelter.
