He is survived by: his wife Judi Bethke; his sons, Brad (Jessica) and Derek (Carmen); his grandchildren, Tyler and Kaelyn; his great grandchildren, Ryder and Roxanne; and his brother Mike (Claudia). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
