He was predeceased by: his parents, Emil A. Ruhlig and Hazel L. Ruhlig (Campbell); and his wife Madonna H. Guhl. He is survived by: his sons, Mark Ruhlig (Marcia) of Sharpsville, IN, John Ruhlig of Chelsea and David Ruhlig (Lori) of Dexter; his grandchildren, David, Clare, Kasie, Aaron, Betsy, Roman, Brian and Scott; and his sister Alice Gall.
Visitation was held on Sunday, January 19th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM and on Monday, January 20th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Cole Funeral Chapel (214 E Middle St, Chelsea, MI 48118). A funeral service was held on Monday, January 20th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Our Savior Lutheran Church.
