He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert L. Heintz and Margaret "Tat" Heintz (Munt); and his brother Jeff Heintz. He is survived by: his wife Constance "Connie" Heintz (Johnson); his children, Robert Heintz (Kristine) of Grandville, Ryan Heintz of DeWitt and Kristine Bowen (Shawn) of Hartland; his grandchildren, Tyler, Sara, Katie Bowen, Brendan Bender, Zach, Regan Heintz, Ryan and Casey Heintz; his great grandchildren, Bowan and Kenley Bender; and his siblings, Mike Heintz (Margo), Joe Heintz (Linda) of Mt. Pleasant, Dan Heintz (Cheryl) of Grand Rapids, Pat Heintz (Leslee) of Traverse City, Rochelle Flake (Jim) of Fenton and Kathy Fountain of Grand Ledge. He is also survived by his seven brothers and sisters, children, grandchildren, great grandchildren, and his many nieces and nephews.
