She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, W. H. Hughey and Margaret D. Francis; her husband Carl; her siblings-in-law, Keith Rosekrans and Janice Todosciuk; and her children, Michael Rosekrans (Lynn), Mark Rosekrans (Stephanie), Eric Rosekrans (Betsy), Clay Rosekrans (Shawn) and Carla (Jerry). She was also cherished by her pet friends.
