It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John Alfred Abramson (Dewitt, Michigan), who passed away on March 2, 2023, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Arnold Abramson (Carl) and Lila Abramson (Oger); and his siblings, Joyce Kangas, Ronnie, Gerald and Gordon Abramson.

He is survived by: his wife Cynthia Walker (Carol); his grandchildren, Kristy, Steve, Nathan and Claire Bennett; his children, Steve, Susan (Grake), John, Lila Abramson, Katie, Tony, Noah, Will, Henry and Elizabeth Marl; his sister-in-law Evelyn Walker; his nephew Rodney Kangas; and his nieces, Susan Finnegan (Abramson) and Sarah Dowdy (Abramson).

Memorial Contributions may be made to the Salvation Army (525 N Pennsylvania Ave, Lansing, MI 48912), or the City Rescue Mission of Lansing (2216 S Cedar St, Lansing, MI 48910).
