He was predeceased by: his parents, Aloys Shooltz and Helen Shooltz (McKenzie). He is survived by: his wife LaDonna Lee Shooltz; his children, Dean Shooltz (Katie Layman) and Tracy Matula (Josh); his grandson Benjamin Joseph Matula; and his siblings, Arlene, Dorothy, Clifford and Beverly.
