Gisela I Berryhill Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gisela I Berryhill in Dewitt, Michigan, who passed away on October 30, 2024, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Donald Berryhill; and her parents, Hildegard Wilke and Otto Wilke. She is survived by: her daughters, Evelyn Townsend (Terry), Nancy Matelske, Sandra Matelske and Jo Ann Hodges (Bill); her grandchildren, Ashley, Shawn, Courtney, Justin Matelske, Jessica Whitman (JT), Erika Hodges, Amber and Jeremy Townsend; and her great grandchildren, Joshua Whitman and Theodore Townsend.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Capital Area Humane Society or the Dementia Society in Gisela's memory, honoring her love for animals and supporting dementia research.
