He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence Carroll and Ilah Carroll; his siblings, Aleta Mae, Alice Marie and Merlen; his son-in-law Bradley Lockwood; and his granddaughter Lauren Rosenthal.
He is survived by: his wife Shirley Bidwell of Marshall; his children, Kay Carroll, Gene Carroll (Wendy), Karen Lockwood and Dean Carroll; and his grandchildren, Ryan Carroll (Lauryn), Kurtis Carroll (Patricia), Leah Carroll, Lyndsey Lockwood, Alyssa Lockwood, Andrew Lockwood, Rachel Wisniewski (Luke), Nicholas Carroll and Kelly Carroll.
