He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Archie Berryhill and Edna Berryhill; his siblings, Mary, Ollie, Joe, Mike, Jerry, Richard and Bennie; his stepchildren, Evelyn Townsend (Terry), Nancy Matelske, Sandy Matelske and Jo Ann Hodges (Bill); his grandchildren, Ashley, Shawn, Courtney, Justin Matelske, Jessica Whitman (JT), Erika Hodges, Amber and Jeremy Townsend; his great grandchildren, Joshua Whitman and Theodore Townsend; and his wife Gisela.
The family would appreciate donations to Hospice of Lansing or Capital Area Humane Society in lieu of flowers.
