With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Carol Barish of Dewitt, Michigan, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on October 22, 2024. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Marshall Hartig and Eileen Hartig; her brothers, Jeff Hartig and Joe Hartig; and her brother-in-law Tom Graham.

She is survived by: her children, Jamie Coffey (Jay), Stacie Nuttall (Alex) and Gilbert Barish (Stephanie); her grandchildren, Raegan, Riley Coffey, Griffin, Tucker Nuttall, Gabriela and Deanna Barish; her siblings, Jon Hartig (Dawn), Cheryl Ordway (Jim), Dee Hartig, Christine Graham and Mike Hartig; her sisters-in-law, Sharon Hartig and Toni Hartig; and her close friend Pat. She is also survived by numerous friends, cousins, nieces, and nephews.

Visitation will be held on Monday, November 25th 2024 at 4:00 PM at the Holt United Methodist Church (2321 N Aurelius Rd, Holt, MI 48842). A memorial service will be held on Monday, November 25th 2024 at 5:00 PM at the same location.
