He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Wayne Lloyd Bolender and Judy Eileen Bolender; his siblings, Michael Bolender (Carrie) and Brenda McTavish (Ron); and his nieces and nephews, Todd McTavish (Rachel), Matt McTavish (Karlie), Callie Bolender and Hallie Bolender.
