She was predeceased by: her parents, Matthew McLelland and Agnes McLelland (Whyte); her sister Laura McLelland-Stroze; and her husbands, Roger Philo and Frank Tegge.
She is survived by: her children, Ryan Philo (Bianca) and Kimberly Oaks; her grandchildren, Mason Oaks, Nolan Oaks, Ylang Philo and Ryne Roger Philo; her siblings, James McLelland (Terry) and Joyce Withers (David); and her stepson Kurt Tegge (April).
