With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Andy VanVleet of Dewitt, Michigan, born in Lansing, Michigan, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on April 17, 2025 at the age of 34. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Gary VanVleet, William F. Williams and Veronica Williams; and his uncle William L. Williams. He is survived by: his brother Pictured Rocks; his niece Lilli; his parents, Debora Sillman (Randy) and Jeff VanVleet (Delores); his siblings, Mike VanVleet (Katherine), Eric VanVleet (Holly) and Abby Klein (Damian); his nieces and nephews, Jacob, Macey, Aubree, Wyatt, Grace and Wesley; his grandmother Shirley VanVleet; and his close friends, Joe Kline, Patrick Johnson and Anna Ring.
Visitation was held on Friday, April 25th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the McGeehan Funeral Homes - Keck-Coleman Chapel (1500 Waterford Pkwy, St Johns, MI 48879). A memorial service was held on Friday, April 25th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the McGeehan Funeral Homes, Keck-Coleman Chapel (1500 Waterford Pkwy, St Johns, MI 48879).
