He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Walsh and Cecilia Walsh (Hanes); and his siblings, John, Louis, Patricia Rymalowski, Richard, Virginia Silva, Rose Lobb and Michael "Mickey".

He is survived by: his wife Jackie Bednarz; his children, Alan Walsh (Kelly) and Pamela Berry (Don); his siblings, Frances Figurello, Raymond Walsh (Polly), Johnny Walsh, Nancy Micks and Robert Walsh (Gale); his granddaughters, Heather Ridge (Chris) and Kristina Walsh; and his great grandchildren, Brookelyn and Zoeie Ridge. He is also survived by friends and extended family.
